Black-tie Fund-Raising Gala –

Sign up for this exciting event featuring live entertainment during dinner, followed by dancing! The Gala will take place Sunday, February 25 from 8 PM – 10 PM and will raise funds to support the Medical Affairs Professional Development Program.
About the Medical Affairs Professional Development Program.
MAPS is partnering with academic institutions and Life Sciences organizations to develop an educational program that bridges the gap between traditional clinical pathways and the additive skillset that Medical Affairs professionals need to become successful business leaders.
The Medical Affairs Professional Development Program combines an academic learning environment with hands-on experience to equip candidates with the business acumen, team leadership and program management skills, and other core competencies needed in addition to clinical qualifications to succeed in a Medical Affairs role.
100% of the proceeds from the Gala will go towards advancing this program.

Registration cancellation deadline: February 15, 2018, at 11:59 PM (MDT)
- Registration Cancellation Fee: $100
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the February 15, 2018 at 11:59 PM (MDT) cancellation deadline.
- Refunds will be processed after the meeting via check.
Registration substitutions must be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org by either the person who paid for the registration or by the original attendee.

MAPS believes strongly in the relationship between Solution Providers and Industry to ensure we meet the challenges that Medical Affairs organizations face across the globe. We encourage our partners to engage with the Medical Affairs professionals not just at their exhibits, but also by attending the networking functions, and engaging in discourse during session and workshops.
Over 160 people attended our inaugural meeting in 2017, and we expect these numbers to grow to near 250 attendees for MAPS 2018. Most of our Annual Meeting attendees are at the Director/Sr Director or VP level and are therefore key decision makers in their Medical Affairs organizations.

Applications for non-MAPS Partner Circle members open on July 17, 2017 with a deadline of January 15, 2018. Last year, all exhibit space sold out early for the Annual Meeting, so early applications are encouraged.

MAPS Partner Circle members also receive early bird selection of exhibit space and sponsorship opportunities (registration opens July 3 for Partner Circle members, whereas general release is on July 17).
50% of exhibit fees are due in full at the time of application, and will be invoiced for payment by check. You may choose to pay in full at the time of application or pay 50% now, and 50% by January 15, 2018.
We realize that sometimes budgets for meeting attendance or exhibiting are constrained. MAPS is able to accept certain in-kind donations to cover a percentage of exhibiting fees. MAPS accepts in-kind donations for such services as:
- Meeting planning and onsite logistics support
- Editorial services
- PowerPoint slide design and formatting
- Copy writing
- Production services
- Webcasting support
- Graphic design
- Website and mobile app development
- Project management support

The meeting will take place in beautiful Miami, Florida at the Hilton Miami Downtown, 1601 Biscayne Blvd.
