Registration Changes and Cancellations

We realize last-minute changes happen. To cancel or change your Annual Meeting registration, please email maps2017@medicalaffairs.org.

Registration cancellation deadline: June 11, 2017, at 11:59 PM (MDT)                                  

  • Registration Cancellation Fee: $100
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the June 11, 2017 at 11:59 PM (MDT) cancellation deadline.
  • Refunds will be processed after the meeting via the method you original paid (check or credit card).

Registration substitutions must be sent via email to maps2017@medicalaffairs.org by either the person who paid for the registration or by the original attendee.
