We realize last-minute changes happen. To cancel or change your Annual Meeting registration, please email Pedro Campa at
Registration cancellation deadline: February 25, 2019, at 11:59 PM (US EDT)                                  
  • Registration Cancellation Fee: $200
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the above cancellation deadline.
  • Refunds will be processed after the meeting via check (for those in the US) or wire transfer (for those outside the US)
Need to reassign your registration to a colleague? Registration substitutions are allowed at no charge, and must be sent via email no later than March 5, 2019 to Pedro Campa at by either the person who paid for the registration or by the original attendee.
