Registration Changes and Cancellations
We realize last-minute changes happen. To cancel or change your Annual Meeting registration, please email Pedro Campa at email@example.com.
Registration cancellation deadline: February 25, 2019, at 11:59 PM (US EDT)
- Registration Cancellation Fee: $200
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the above cancellation deadline.
- Refunds will be processed after the meeting via check (for those in the US) or wire transfer (for those outside the US)
Need to reassign your registration to a colleague? Registration substitutions are allowed at no charge, and must be sent via email no later than March 5, 2019 to Pedro Campa at firstname.lastname@example.org by either the person who paid for the registration or by the original attendee.
