Roseann has been working in the healthcare industry for 28 years. She began her career at Johnson and Johnson 20 years ago and has had roles of increased responsibility spanning across various US and Global Medical Affairs role such as medical information and communication, medical education, field based medical teams (MSL and HECOR field) and Commercial roles as marketing, market access and account management. She currently is in Global Medical Affairs responsible for leading global strategic planning and operations for the cardiovascular, metabolism, retina and hepatitis B franchises.
Roseann received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science and her undergraduate Pharmacy degree from Rutgers College of Pharmacy. She completed her Drug Information Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. She is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and a Board Member of Hunterdon Healthcare System. She is clinically trained as a pharmacist and experienced working across multiple therapeutic categories such as Immunology, Cardiovascular, Metabolism, Oncology and CNS. Roseann has been in leadership roles as a people manager her entire career. She is known for her inclusive leadership style and her ability to build strong, well connected teams.
Roseann lives in Stockton, NJ with her two children. When she is not working, Roseann enjoys staying active, attending her children’s sporting events and volunteers in her community. Roseann is also a Board Trustee at Hunterdon Healthcare System and a Board of Education member at Hunterdon Central High School both located in Flemington, NJ.
