My career started with Janssen Pharmaceutica, learning the pharma business from the ground up as a representative, reimbursement manager and field sales leader. My years at Johnson & Johnson provided me with invaluable insight on the delicate blending of healthcare and business. At Janssen I learned from several of the best in the industry who shared with me the power of believing in core values, specifically the J&J Credo.

While pursuing my career in pharma both on the industry and vendor side I simultaneously served in the US Air Force achieving the rank of Lt Colonel. Responsibilities included Director of Communications, Joint Forces Headquarters, Rhode Island Air National Guard, Commander 282nd Combat Communications Squadron and Director of Operations, 601st Air Control Wing with three deployments in support of US operations in the Middle East. During my most recent Air Force assignment I was able to combine both skill sets helping the US to deploy the first ever operational integrated air defense network to protect US strategic vital assets. The network combines over a thousand desperate data sources into a single composite air picture providing US senior leadership, up through SECDEF the ability to instantly react and counter any airborne threat.
